1️⃣ What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a cutting-edge printing method that allows vibrant, detailed, and stretchable designs to be transferred onto various fabrics, including cotton, polyester, and blends. It provides excellent durability, bright colors, and a soft feel without cracking or peeling.
2️⃣ What is embroidery, and what items can you embroider?
Embroidery is a stitching technique that creates long-lasting, professional-looking designs on fabric. We can embroider hats, hoodies, jackets, uniforms, polos, and more!
3️⃣ Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! 🎨 You can send us your design, and we’ll print or embroider it onto your chosen apparel. If you need design assistance, we offer graphic design services for an additional fee.
Ordering & Customization 🛒
4️⃣ How do I place an order?
You can place an order by emailing us at orderlozapparel@gmail.com or calling us at 573-286-8525. Provide your artwork, desired quantity, and any customization details, and we’ll take care of the rest!
5️⃣ What file formats do you accept for artwork?
For the best quality prints, we recommend 300 DPI PNG, PSD, AI, SVG, or PDF files with a transparent background.
6️⃣ Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes! 💰 We offer bulk discounts for large orders. Contact us for a custom quote based on your order size.
Processing & Shipping 🚚
7️⃣ How long does it take to process my order?
🔹 DTF Transfers: Standard processing is 1-3 business days.
🔹 Embroidery Orders: Processing can take 3-7 business days, depending on order size and complexity.
Rush orders are available for an additional fee! Contact us for expedited service.
8️⃣ Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you're in the Eldon, MO area, you can choose local pickup to save on shipping. Just let us know when placing your order.
9️⃣ What shipping options do you offer?
We ship nationwide using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.
Payment & Returns 💳
🔟 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
1️⃣1️⃣ Do you accept returns or refunds?
Since all orders are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the mistake was on our end. If you receive a defective or incorrect order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right!
